After the skinny pants reigned wide leg pants are next. Actually I have seen this trend two years ago (at least) when I watched the movie “The Prime” that was starred by Uma Thurman. Most of her bottoms were wide Leg pants which was going against the grain since skinny jeans was the fashion at that time. Two months later, I was in Shang and saw the Mark's and Spencer collection of Wide Leg Pants (I bet it flopped in the Philippine Market). This Wide Leg pants is not like the fad elephant leg pants years ago. It has a wider thighs, knees and leg opening. As a continuation of the early 90’s rejuvenation, high-waisted pants, shorts and skirts will be seen too. But skinny jeans are still visible and still current but with a twist of high- waist features. Some say that it could be that skinny jeans might be the next classic item just like the fate of the havaianas since it has embraced a larger range of market. This we’ll have to see in the coming months. Tunic dresses are starting to parade on the runway. Patterns and big Geometric prints in bold colors in single jersey are already visible. This was actually forecasted for spring- summer 2007 and yet the trend is still subtle in the local industry. I think the saturation point will be on the Holiday Season.
The jump suit or the "jumper" that we all know has a new name-- playsuit. Well I guess after the 80's power dressing fashion revival the early 90’s slack down era is to come. Boyfriend shirts in plaids and solids could be the next attraction. Denims in red, violet, royal blue are also on queue. Actually Topshop and Zara already started putting these on their racks.

But there is more sony got under their sleeves, psp now got a new LED screen that will give you a better and crisp display but take up far less space. The LED itself helps pump up the battery life of this slim model which can last four times longer than the original PSP. This new gadget still uses the UMD Drive like from the original PSP but it will be a faster version and will help speed up load times and gameplay, the portable will come packed with 8GBs of internal flash memory. Buttons of the Slim PSP has got a new tweak from the original PSP, and the D-Pad has got a major adjustments giving players more like a PS3 D-Pad.
Final price of the new PSP has not yet been set, but Sony is hoping to sell it for under $170 or so.

Eraserheads - Kaliwete Lyrics
Noong nagsama tayo
Ay kanan ang ginamit mo
Ngunit biglang natorete
Ikaw pala ay kaliwete
Sunod-sunod na kamalasan ang dumarating
Hindi ko na malaman kung pa’no ang gagawin
Sabi naman ni Rico J. Puno
Mag-ayos lang daw ng upo
Niyaya niya kami
Sa kubeta
Mata ay lumuwa sa nakita
O bakit ba ganyan
Buhay ng tao
Mag-ingat ka na lang
Baka ika’y makarma oh
Niyaya siyang lumabas kahapon ngunit ayaw niya
Noong nagsama tayo
Ay kanan ang ginamit mo
Ngunit biglang natorete
Ikaw pala ay kaliwete
Noong nagsama tayo
Ay kanan ang ginamit mo
Ngunit biglang natorete
Ikaw pala ay kaliwete
Sunod-sunod na kamalasan ang dumarating
Hindi ko na malaman kung pa’no ang gagawin
Sabi naman ni Rico J. Puno

Torn City, Crime of your life

Torn City is a web based online game in which the goal of the game is to level-up as fast as you can by committing crimes as much as you can in your nerve bar and by attacking someone, can also be categorized as a real time strategy game. Here are samples in game in which committing crimes are based how your level is:
1. You walk through the door of the convenience store and immediately draw your gun.
2. You walk over to the clerk, and shove the gun in his face, and shout 'Open the till'
3. He turns an odd shade of white and passes out. 'Oh great, I get a wimp' you mutter.
Result: You grab the register and run home. Once there you crack it open to find $256 in it!
As you progress in game, there are a lot of privileges can be obtained, for like accessing the city bank for your investments in your money, missions in torn city in which some anonymous bosses are going to contact you and do this kind of crime they wanted you to do; and with pay.
There are also pets if you are the type of animal lover but the selection is limited, dogs are available in-game and is sold in the city itself and by other players.
To simply put, this game is all about crimes where which we can't afford to commit all in real life. But I'm not encouraging to do the crimes in game to real life, always remember its only a game. For past time purposes only.
more info and tutorials offered here.
the url of the said web based game is TornCity
note: This is only a game review, the author is not liable to any actions you inherit through playing the game. Self discipline among readers and players are still essential even with the kind of games played.
